The following is an evaluation of Ontario's Mandatory Charge Policy (OMCP) in
Peterborough. It was conducted from November 2009 to April 2010, as a research project by two
fourth year students from the International Development Studies class IDST 422: Assessment of
Development Projects at Trent University for the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service
